I saw some people had their cases solved almost immediately and me waiting so long, I really don’t understand. I believe I won’t see my money at all, but worst thing is i know nothing at all, they don’t want to explain me anything, security team is ignoring me and support team is writing me this:
it is most likely that their security team deemed your issue as closed. I've seen a lot of people complaining about 1xbit for months and don't really get a response or closure from 1xbit as to why their account was banned, their funds confiscated, or what rules they broke.
Unfortunately, not all complaints are considered positively. We have a holiday season at the moment, so all such procedures take longer. When it comes to resolving issues on Bitcointalk, as far as I know, support does not come here, but only the marketing team pass cases to the security team.
