There aren't many regrets for 2021 but I could have taken better care of myself.
I didn’t prioritize my physical and emotional well being very well.
I think if I could have done it over I would have put more time into working out and getting myself regularly feeling good.
The key now is just looking ahead, there’s no point beating myself up for feeling a bit unmotivated this last year.

There's no reason to beat your up but do well to prioritise your own needs.
Remember that you can never draw water from an empty well
