Exactly, the license doesn't mean that you are a casino with a good reputation but it helps for the general image. I have already seem multiple scam casinos that all had a license. The saying also goes: it takes ages to build a reputation but you can ruin it in seconds... It is key to always maintain your reputation by solving all issues in a correct manner.

Once trust is broken then you couldnt take it back specially if a business something like this would made out those shitty scammy behaviour then the community would really make out conclusions that will remain forever

which it isnt really good for a business something like this because people would normally looking for those places which does have good reputation and does have less issues back in the past.

Problems cant really be avoided as long it wont really be connecting with those scams and other behaviour in related to funds.
