Vispilio is on DT1 and Vispilio has added Cacingkemi is on his/her trust list as a result Cacingkemi is now DT2. Base on the trust history of Cacingkemi, Vispilio should remove that user from his/her trust list. Otherwise other DT users should remove Vispilio from the DT. I don't think any other option for it. If anyone like Cacingkemi is on dt list then that will be a bad effect for the forum users.

Strength must be -1 for someone to drop off DT1, and the effect is immediate, not next week.

IOTW this requires only one not-totally-spineless DT1 member to exclude Vispilio.

Let's not sugarcoat it. Vispilio (and many others like him) is in DT1 only because of the incestuous back-scratching among Turkish members of this forum, and the rest of DT1 happily ignoring it.
