Of course it is so. They don`t do anything, just trying to get some more time to invite newbies to their scam site. Telling us such tales helps them to get several new deposits. It is possible that we`ll see some more newbies like @boru33. And their account will be "under review" for several weeks to. I hope that some newbies will read this thread and understand that this is scam before the will lose their money.
