Yup, they may simply ask you to KYC and to find out that the account was bought or acquired by any other way. They will block it. VIP accounts are under serious monitoring. Sometimes they call VIP members to know how are they doing etc. They will quickly understand that something wrong is happening.

The issue will happen when time comes that the buyer needs to withdraw because this is how gambling sites are taking money from players .
they are looking for opportunity to ban or hold their players funds and how this can be? when players commit mistakes or breaking their rules .

so in time thee will be no issue at all but once there comes a big withdrawals specially in VIP account like what op is selling? then this will take place
