I think the hardcap is not 39 millions dollar as when you vsit their ico website then there we can find that their hardcap is mentioned as 21 millions dollars. Can I know where you find that their hardcap is 30m USD?

Maybe you read it in such a hurry that you missed it. You can read it again more carefully, then you will find it. in this thread page there is also the description "Hardcap: $39,000,000 USD" on their site there is also this information

Then you can add them all up
