The fact is payment system was not good investment these days and this will give no impact to the payment system. I agree with your suggestions for UTK as it will not work out in the future. But BICO is providing web3 API that's their mainstream service. Like, Postman for web3.0. So in my guess, it can be a good investment.
Also, I would love you to elaborate on how BICO will be an option for Fantom, Cosmos, and Near Protocols.
