Agree with all points except the last one. Well, not except the last one as it is important but how to? How can you understand that they have enough funds to pay you out? I think this is impossible as you don't have access to their bank account or whatever, you can by the way track the blockchain transaction, but I'm not sure you will succeed even in this case.
