There is. I just tried signing up and the site is asking for my personal information. Name, phone number, address, date of birth, etc. You could of course enter the wrong information, but that might become troublesome down the road if they ask you to undergo proper KYC.

My guess is that this is was originally a fiat casino that has just recently adopted crypto. According to Whois, they have been around since 2019.
