I have to agree with that, specifically the fans. Some of the low end models have cheap fans. It's best to avoid them
if you want reliability. I can't speak to the specific brands being asked about, they aren't avaiable where I live.
All EVGA seem to have good fans, ASUS Strix too, don't know about Tough and Dual.
