That is unfortunately true. I had it too and even though I claim to be someone who is good at keeping his sane while bad things or great things are happening, I did lose myself time to time on good ones. When I have a very bad stretch, I tend to calm myself a lot more, I even quit, and give a break before it gets too bad, I am very good at that. However, when it comes to winning a lot, then I may get spoiled a bit and that is sort of a problem.

I may see myself winning like some 10x and then suddenly I tend to gamble more than usual and with higher amounts just so I could end up making some more profit, if I lose then what is the harm? I already have more than I started so it should not be a problem right? That is the way of thinking that causes me to lose when I am ahead.

Not only the case with you that after winning we want to gamble more in hope of winning more and this highlited part is what keep us going in the gambling.We see some big wins then we also hope to be that person,hope to win one bet after the other but sometimes this could be dangerous and we could become aggressive gambler and be out of control betting more than we usually do.So keep that feelings in control.
