and in response to what panjul said, one can always check the terms of the site in terms of kyc. but if it is not yet clear to you and want to confirm the kyc related stuffs, yes, you can contact the support. at least it is coming from their end.
but if you are a player who is very careful, you should always browse their ToS before anything else. because usually, player will only read it after they incurred a violation and their funds are put on hold.
a lot of accusations are rooting from the player's violation of ToS and not from the site's end.

The KYC policies of casinos are on their TOS so it is important to read them, however we must be honest if you are gambling in several different casinos then it is not going to be rare that you receive some updates regarding the TOS and it is going to be difficult to read them all, so while in theory a player must always read the TOS before playing at a casino and after every single update, most of the time this is something that is not realistic to do.

Not realistic or we are just lazy on reading up the TOS?Its true that casinos should made out some announcement whenever they do make out some updates then its just ethical that they would really let their users now on what are the changes but if not then I wont really get surprised if people would make out such reaction or impression on where they would really get frustrated on whats happening.
When you do choose then you would go for the best and if not then at least been known or reputable site which there are lots of users who had been playing.
