You're not alone, all of us have a down portfolio and it sucks to see it bleeding. But don't feel down, that's the market that we got there and if you're hating to see it go down, don't look at it. Maybe for a few days or weeks. Things are going to be good again and just be mindful that this could go on further so brace yourself from that possibility. And if that ever happens, you're at least see it coming and it won't be making the same feeling as you're having right now. I'm still remaining positive, we've seen this a lot of times and if you need some encouragement, look back to the 2018+.

just think that anytime soon, the market will be greenish again. not all the time that we will be in this downward motion. if you can hold off, just stay put and don't sell your stash at a loss. this is why a lot are losing faith in crypto, whenever their stash is going down and so the panic begins. the crypto market has so many ups and downs, this is not the first time that we will see this market movement, and definitely not the last.

Yes, that's for sure but we don't know if that green is the recovery that everybody is waiting for. Well, it can be green for a few days and go back in the red as usual.
The matter of it when it goes green, there would be just around 1%-7& of gain within the day and then the next day, it will eventually go back to being red.
