Thank you for your comment. You are right. I'm actually considering buying one of them. I just wonder if it's also possible for foreign countries. It's also better if this scheme works in different legal zones with different armies with different set of political philosophy, because it's way harder for banks (and feds) to confiscate all of them.

I researched a bit about interest-only-payment without remaining debt, but Japanese banks rarely provide such loans for houses. Only government-backed funds provide such a thing, but it's almost like a welfare for old people. So, I have no choice but to select "repayment" type of deal.

Still, I don't like loans because I cannot tolerate associated risks in case the property gets devalued in an unmanageable way. You could lose everything and the loans could bite your other assets. Even if I could perform better with loans, I think it increases overall risks. I could be wrong here though.

You are right and it's better to avoid agents if possible. However, in most countries it's only possible to write official papers in local language. So at least you need a help from translator. But if he (the translator) can also help find properties/customers and convert rent into bitcoin, it's much better (because less trust points are always better). I'm not sure how to exactly name such a profession though.

Sending out fiat investment to get earnings in bitcoin unnoticed is promising (perhaps grey) area of business for countries with limited access to bitcoin. It does not seem very popular, but in my opinion that's because they are just hiding under the radar.
