Since I am using the BPIP extension, I can see how much merit one or another user has earned, including those that were received by default, so when counting votes, all these aspects will be taken into account. However, I will try to be very flexible and make a few exceptions to the rules (for example, if the user gets 50 merit after they voted). And at the same time, it is more strict with the votes of those who formally have the right to vote (for example, users involved in 1xBit or those who have been seen in slanderous plots, ardent spammers, etc.).
