I would have to agree on this one, the inactivity of any representative of the casino, especially here in the forum is a red flag that must not be overlooked. Considering that if a casino is being introduce and building its image, then players must have some assurance to have someone that they could turn to whenever they have concerns or anything. How could we clarify things and begin to trust a casino without having someone to cater to our needs, right?
Besides of being inactive their announcement thread design is also poor. There is no flashy image and there is a lack in other details of their casino. How can we know if the site does not have KYC or how much is the withdrawal fees. Not all gamblers only look for deposit bonus because deposit bonus are sometimes nearly impossible to achieve.
Anyway I check the site and it looks pretty cool , I love the graphics and when I scroll down there is that 24/7 support thing but I have not check that as I didn't tried to register yet. Maybe that is a legit thing and they respond their if we have problems because there s also legit casinos that rarely visit their threads here in bitcointalk because of some reasons like they are lacking of staff.
I agree with you, but OP should answer the questions, I don't know if OP is also complying with any requirement of the casino to spread the word about the site, however I haven't fully explored the casino, I don't know if in terms and conditions this type of thing appears (the truth is I did not read the terms and conditions much) however you cannot judge without first knowing if they have few staff and cannot see the forum... it would be good if they could clarify everything.
