Sad to see this drama happening for more than a year now or even more and yet same answer is given, this will never end i guess.

Your accounts were closed by the security team, but still both of you are in profit made by alt-accounts. This means that in total each of you have withdrawn more than he has deposited, thus refund is no longer required.
