sad to say that you most likely won't get your money. a lot of similar issues have been posted here with no answer or resolution. that being said you should still try posting on their ANN thread though it may not do anything it won't hurt trying.

probably not. there are just too many issues that have been ignored in the past and now, their lack of communication with people complaining continues to ruin their reputation. to be honest I don't think they care anymore what kind of reputation they have here in the forum.
