How can you not have a backup of your wallet? For most wallets a 12 word seed phrase is enough, so you don't have to rely on your phone to keep working.

Most of the time, I use my mobile device's note text file to save 12-word seed phrases. I use multiple wallets like coinbase, Binance, So I guess I can recover my account easily if have my Simcard. But, If I lost my text file, I can lose access to my Meta Mask wallet.
