actually every business may face side shows, they can have bad or good days but what ever happened it is the capacity of the owner and the team how to manage the recovery and response from other players specially when cases are filling up and the answer is badly in need.
i think now that lightlord mentioned being active again? pretty sure that all those doubts from players and investors in His sites will gone and trust will return as the more than 8 years of operation is long enough to prove their trustworthy .
