Everton in general have started to show their performances for several seasons although they are still not good when compared to bigger clubs, but in general their performance has been getting better especially if there are great players to strengthen the Everton squad this season.

It is very interesting for us to look forward to how Frank Lampard will perform on the sidelines when he gives direction to his team when Everton are currently in a slump in the English Premier League and they are immediately active in the January transfer window where they have successfully signed dele alli from Tottenham. Hotspur, this may not be an easy matter for Frank Lampard in managing the Everton squad this season where they are perched in 16th place in the English league standings, maybe Lampard is charged with keeping the toffees out of the relegation zone this season.
