PSG Management is hungry for the Champions League title. They want to do it themselves anyway. For this they are ready to spend more money. They will not even hesitate to hire a player with high wages like Ronaldo if Ronaldo wants to come to PSG. So right now PSG's waste of money is not stopping. They are desperate to win the title.

Spending a lot of money to collect many star players in order to win CL is not wise enough. It shows that PSG want instant achievement but they forget to build a great team that can survive for long time. They have started it since several years back but still unable to win the CL title. It proves that money and collection of star players cant bring instant achievement.
