It is a panic situation. Selling tokens or coins right now will only make one condition: losing all assets.
Nobody knows that it will be bearish right now, or it will be rising again later.
Now, the way is only being patient. If we sell them now, we lose our money. If we keep holding, we still have chance to wait for until the market better, even we may not exactly know the time.

Nobody knows exactly what will happen to the crypto market and how long this rise will be up again. At least, we have seen that Bitcoin is rising, and staying over $40k is a very good condition. I really hope that the price will rise and stay above $45k, so it may be able to rise higher again.
