For a club as big, successful and has a lot of winning history as Man United bringing in a new coach is always with high demands, for example a club like West Ham get a UCL tickets is a huge success, but for man united get a UCL ticket but fail to win the league is a failure. So what I want to say here is the level of success of the coach depends on the target given by the club. So out of all the Man United coaches we can't say they all failed, they were good enough they just couldn't meet the club's targets. Whoever the new coach is, it must be difficult to achieve high targets in a short time, they need time and trust.

I would not say that Ralf Rangnick is not experienced, maybe he is experienced but he has not been able to build a good relationship with the players of Manchester United. He could not find the problems of the players. So this season we haven't seen any improvement in Manchester United's performance.
