For the license I agree with what you said but for KYC actually it's still fifty fifty in my opinion.
maybe for people who only gamble with small bets and gamble just for fun I feel that KYC is not really needed but on the other hand we also can't forget some people who gamble in big enough bets and I still feel KYC could be a pretty good thing for them.
apart from verifying their identity, this can also be used to minimize the fact that their account doesn't transfer to someone else so things like KYC will still be important to them even though most gamblers don't like it.

If one playing with crypto then there shouldn't be any kyc. I don't care about the license as long as we can trust the casino.

Providing our personal information to these casinos is not safe and soon or later these details will be sold on dark websites. So I never bother to check a casino if they ask of kyc.

thing that we've been dealing everyday and you cant be sure that there wouldnt be any leak outs with those information.For these crypto gambling sites then we
know that having a license could really give out some boost in terms of trust into the community on where gamblers would be thinking that having a license
is showing off that they are dealing with a legit site which i cant blame them but we know that license isnt everything.
