if the goal is to give people free money, why not give them bitcoins instead?  Every new coin that uses a premine distribution plan needs to answer this question first.  

why the hell should anybody mine a new coin when the coin will indirectly channel money from altcoins and bitcoins?  just give the country bitcoin from a fundraiser.  since nobody is fundraising but a few people instead are actively manipulating those currencies, so claiming a 50% premine coin with no accountability is for the benefit of the country and not the developers is lol.
