I think the big win comes from a streamer who is usually using sponsored money. Sponsored money is not always fake money, but there must be a deal between the casino and the streamer about the sponsored money (it can be a real money but it is not withdrawable or it can be real money but streamer can withdraw few percent of it). I cant imagine winning such huge amount of money but this casino has so low withdrawal limit. If it is from real player with his own deposited money, he should be very patient till he can withdraw full amount of the winning.
