Possibly, it is indeed a lot of work entering the data manually but maybe we can use a google forms to create something like that and might be some few volunteers for digging up some on the known alts of any-one and some other threads that's related to bounty cheating (I would be willing to) but needed to have some ideas about the formats that will be used in the spreadsheet.
