I believe that you are spamming this thread, because you received information that support does not respond to complaints in this thread, and you still post here anyway. If you know well that you won't get any answer here, why are you doing this? Write where you have the opportunity to solve your problem.
It is quite clear that many persons are spamming this thread especially newbies with unnecessary copy and paste comments which I think is unnecessary because it had been said that support does not respond to complains that are being place here because of too much spamming. When I can see that many has seen this thread as an avenue to write what ever they like
