In October, I tried to close my account at Nitrobetting because I had a gambling problem. I did not mention this gambling problem explicitly to them, but shouldn't have to. After requesting my account be permanently closed & shut off on multiple occasions, I lost ~$15,000 USD. Note, I was a losing player throughout my existence here. Never had a winning month. I was very profitable for them. Had I been a winner, my hypothesis is that they would have honored my initial request. I did ask them about this, and they said "at no point did you mention you had a gambling problem". That's true, but I shouldn't have to. My hunch is that upper-level management was not made aware of this situation or else they would remedy this. Instead, mid-level support agents are now telling me to get lost and they have no interest in discussing ethical/moral concerns of mine, which center on them accepting business from someone who tried to self exclude numerous times.

I wish that were the case; my life would be in a much better position had they done so. I already had an email exchange with their support team and they refused to do anything other than blame me for not explicitly stating I had a gambling problem. My account is finally blocked, but it was 4 months too late. That said, I sent a DM to them with you on copy. I hope you received it, but just now realize that it may not go through since I'm a 'newbie' account.

Hi Kevin - sent you a PM. Cannot contact nitrobetting on twitter; it says DM's not allowed ...from my account, at least. They also don't enable new accounts to DM them on here. Would appreciate if you reviewed my case or got me in touch with someone who can help.
