There is a standard interface for non-fungible tokens, also known as deeds. This standard allows for implementing basic NFTs within smart contracts, with basic functionality to track and transfer NFTs.
We consider use cases of NFTs being owned and transacted by individuals and consignments to third-party brokers/auctioneers/operators. NFTs can represent ownership over digital or physical assets. That is why we are looking at a diverse universe of assets like physical property — houses, physical artwork, cars, collectibles, etc... NFTs are distinguishable, and tracking the ownership of each one separately is a task we are developing right now.
