I have a suggestion - why not to start some marketing campain for the multipools, allowing to "mine" NXT? Blackcoin, that's just a useless (except nice speculations))) clone of bitcoin, attracted huge attention with the help of such pools, but I believe many of BC users will migrate to NXT, if will know more about it.
The pools like hashrate.org aren't quite ready for primetime yet (stats/graphs not in place, etc). But I agree, this might be a marketing opportunity.
Blackcoin started advertising it even before pools were ready as well, if I'm not mistaken they've just finished beta-tests (sold my stake already, so not paying much attention there now). But they already attracted tonns of new users, and BC rate is few times higher, then it was before the pools were started. Right now, when we have a competitors already, maybe it will really better to wait till the pools will be 100% ready, but I still see a chance for nice promotion even with current state of pools. Miners can use them right now anyway, for them the profit is priority, not graphs etc
