Since the website is new, there must be many issues on that website. Over time, if the team wants, those issues will be resolved. Everyone should be careful when using any website and if it is a new website then they should be more careful.
They may need some more time to resolve all their issues. Any decision should be made after reviewing their activities.

It is normal if a new site has many issues after it launching because, by a suggestion from many members here, they know what it needs to fix, add, or remove so their site can perform better in the future. Besides that, all of the suggestions from us are really helpful to them to grow their site and if they can implement the suggestion to their site, they will have a better chance to get more members.
Yes, giving their time to resolve all of the issues will be better for them but, it will be good if someone from their them can back here and tell what update they already did so we can see the progress.

actually some gambling sites tried to conduct BUG report event in which they are willing to pay forum members and players if they can find bugs or something that needs to be fixed for the betterment of the site.

but nowadays those newly created sites does not having this instead they are directly promoting , in which brings them to experience many issues.

but the good thing here is the response from the team/management on how they will face troubles and how they will react to criticism , if the manage to get through to all of this? then they will surely gain more players.
