No many people are interested in KYC and if that is the policy in your company and your existing customers are complaining then go on with your since I can't tell how many new customer you will get from the forum here as compared to the numbers of your current customers that will warrants you to change your existing policy. Welcome to the forum.

For a Decentralized community then it would really be just normal that we would really much prefer on dealing with decentralized things and KYC is never been an appealing thing to this market

and that's a primary reason on why people would simply be skipping out on dealing with this site just because of that sole reason.This is why if your company is regulated then expect

you are obliged or compulsory on following on whats been said or regulates which you should accept the fate that people here on this forum doesn't really like it most of the time.
