You blame a casino because your own mistakes? You made few mistakes here:
1. You made a deposit but you did not read the terms before deposit, and now you are angry because there is a term that makes you unable to withdraw your money.
2. You made a $120 deposit in order to withdraw your $30 winning from the free spins, I say it is a mistake because you are risking 4x bigger amount than what you win. I would not even do it even if there is no wager requirement of the deposit. It does not make senses for me.
3. You did wager then but unfortunately your balance is under the minimum withdraw so you asked support how if you make a new deposit as you think that you have done the wager requirement and it will be fine to make a new deposit to reach the minimum withdraw. It shows that want to repeat your own mistake because you still not understand the terms.

Do not blame others because of your own mistake or because you do not read and understand what is called by "TERMS".
You are agreed with the terms when you created the account but now you are complaining the thing you agree.
