The problem is that Client Seed is frozen, so the result is predictable. This is a big SCAM, that theQuin pretends not to exist. When you exhange RP for WOF on every hour - the result is same - pure SCAM. And this is from the beginning(more than six months and theQuin dodge the problem.

You seem to have dodged listening to the answer. The result isn't predictable because the JavaScript calls the RAND function of your operating system via your browser. You can verify that this is true by inspecting the source code. The problem is caused by the fact that the spin happens immediately and clicking spin just displays the result. We were able to fix the email version after your first complaint because the captcha causes a pause. The premium version doesn't have that pause. We need to get the external developer to completely rewrite it.
As you are the only one of our 48 million registered users complaining it is a low priority.
