Fair enough answer , because sometimes this has been used by not reputable gambling site to attack their players and take their money by accusing them having multiple account and cheating .

This is a clear answer that multiple account isn't really the problem at all instead it is the use on how we will manage to act inside the gambling site.

Bonuses mostly is the place where the abusing happening so I think this is a clear answer for all concern like me who sometimes losses my access to old gambling site account and needed to create new one.
