I've seen a lot of interesting mascot submission by the way, and I've never been excited with the current challenge "using paint tool only".

I am not sure who got in into this competition but it’s good to see they have more than enough slots for the winners. It’s so easy that they are generously asking everyone to use only paint too. The most easiest and kids these days are mastering more complex paint tool than the traditional one.

Indeed. There are many slots for winners thus everyone who participate in this art contest received a reward (since the participants are below 100). I am one of the participants on this contest and was lucky to be part of Top 10.
