For the very first time Australian players are going to miss part of IPL due to there tour to Pakistan. If all boards take such decision we can definitely see less influence of BCCI. Its important for cricket that all boards must be at same level and all leagues must have same importance.

Agree to that but IPL is "Indian Premier league". Every player SHOULD give priority to their national team if selected. Irrespective of how much money they make in the IPL. It's not great news for IPL fans as they'll miss some top cricketers but that in turn could give a few budding Indian talent some chance to shine. Could be a win win scenario.
