Some gamblers did try filing lawsuits against them, but ultimately failed for various reasons.

yesterday I read here on the forum that a guy who has a child (baby) took the last 400$ and decided to do a day trade in order to feed his son, but he lost some of the money... I wonder:
and if this guy had taken the $400 and had to play on this scam site, the guy would win and get 800$ without a doubt that his hope would be much higher and he would start to create high expectations with the $800, when he decided to withdraw the $800 he realizes he can't withdraw and his account is closed
maybe the guy can even kill himself, this is an example I'm giving, but I'm showing how serious this casino is doing. there are people who can go into depression because they are not able to withdraw their money, there are people who can kill themselves.
