ICO's reputations seem badly ended a few years ago when the majority of them are worthless and scamming. I have that experience and it was really my regrets of buying them. That is why for now, I certainly ignore these projects, I'd rather take my time and risk in new projects. I wish not good luck but I wish that people will do the research first before investing as maybe there is something left that is worth investing in.
