Right, I did it yesterday and it looks like it's fixed. Actually asking admins when there is a problem is not just about impatiently waiting for a fix but we also want to know what the problem is. The admin announced in the campaign thread that withdrawal for users who have not made any deposits before will be processed manually and that could take extra time than the normal instant withdrawal, having an active admin such as blackjack admin the wait will not take long as expected.

Thank great thing you all got your withdrawal fast and ASAP I have not personally tried to withdraw since that announcement but from your feedback on this thread, everything is working fast with the manual withdrawal.
