There are different roles between promoters and gamblers on the site, but as payment is credited to the site, any participant should not be restricted from using any features including live chat when they have a problem. I don't know what you mean about the admin's anger at the campaign participants, do you think the admin will stop the campaign just because the campaign participants ask about the problems they are experiencing?
