Have you been playing any live games recently? I'm not too familiar with this terminology either but it would probably only make sense on live games (which Pragmatic offers).
As far as I remember never , actually I have agreed regarding KYC and have prepared the documents even i already sent it
What really disappointed me was that 30 minutes before I sent the KYC the team contacted me and confirmed that my withdrawal had been processed as well as explained the reason why KYC was applied , in this case my account is on Computer while KYC must be on mobile so I didn't realize that the withdrawal was sent.
At first they forced me to fill in KYC for no reason

Inconsistent rules
Based on these 4 points , I feel that I did not get good service so I decided to close my account , I don't want to continue this discussion just sharing experience. Thanks all
