Im also curious about this, if he successfully made a withdrawal or if he comply to fill the KYC form. I've been playing on Duelbits for long already and never had similar problem. @Dewi Aries did you check your betting history? This might be a misunderstanding. Or maybe someone access your account?
Lets wait for official answer from duelbits, I think duelbits will clarify about this issue once they read his post. This is the first time I heard something like this, so I have no idea what is called by opposite betting. I'm pretty sure duelbits wont accuse their players without solid evidence. Misunderstanding is one other possibility in this case but I wont guess what is this all about, hopefully duelbits will come soon to clarify.
Yeah there could be some problem on both ends like some technical issues on duelbit side or the player might have recently played the game but whatever the case is it must be resolved.The team might be at the time looking forward to this one and come up with an explanation for it to the user and resolve his withdrawal request.
