Well, maybe your country doesn't block the casino but the casino blocks your country's IP, that's totally possible, and the only solution for this is to use a VPN... I know you don't like this option, but you don't have a lot of options, I only see two of them:

1.-Get a VPN and move on with the casino.
2.-Move to a new country.

If the casino doesn't allow VPN and it's blocking your country then that site is not for you, keep walking to the next site  Wink

Getting a VPN is a risky move, I have read a post here that he got problems regarding withdrawals on his account. The site requires him to go full KYC just to make sure he is a legit citizen of the VPN he used. Since he is a US citizen, the casino he use banned him and the problem is that he cannot withdraw his remaining funds anymore. Too bad for him so if this OP is planning on using a VPN he must be ready to face same consequences. By the way that guy that I am telling you initially deposit 400 dollars and won through the game, his remaining balance was 1200 USD and already withdrawn 1800 USD or more. Maybe if thing go out of their way, they make you do KYC just to block you from withdrawing, maybe they already knew that he is using a VPN and thus refrain him from getting the money because he already broke the rules from the start.
