First, the Mexican Billionaire was right about people buying Bitcoin but I don't think this is the perfect time to buy because the market is at uncertain momentum, and if the institutional investors are not the major investor the market ought to have experienced more dump in price than we experiencing now so the conflict happening in Ukraine is just an excuse from my understanding since no country control the price of the market.
