Lol I can relate with this. I can feel you on this. The market is really unstable this time because of the war between Russia and Ukraine as sanctions are going to affect cash flow and liquidity. But if you stick to technical and news you don't have fear to worry rather than instinct or your personal idea. Follow the trend if you are a daily trader, swinger or scalper and always apply stoploss.
