You don't bring up any ideas so what's the point of your post, can you bring up any suggestions? I want to use those tools cause most ppl are familiar with them and who cares about decentralized communication/navigation? The only part that will be decentral is funding, donations and reward system.

Verifying activity happened on real life is impossible on decentralized system due to The Oracle Problem. If your concern about who can control the fund, consider cryptocurrency which support multi-signature instead.
